Terms and Conditions of the Recruitment Services at Concept Agrotech Consultants Limited (CACL)
1. CACL shall source candidates as per the given requirements given by the client.
2. CACL shall forward the list of potential candidates to the client.
3. CACL shall ensure that the candidates meet the requisite qualifications and experience.
4. Whenever required CACL shall provide verification of candidate's particulars such as qualification, current salary drawn and work credentials.
5. CACL shall arrange for interviews and coordinate all logistics at the convenience of the client, wherein client will bear all the traveling expenses as per its organizations policy.
6. CACL shall keep the client updated on the status of the candidates as and when required by the client.
7. The client will pay CACL within 30 days from the day of receipt of Invoice.
8. CACL will replace a candidates free of cost incase the candidate resigns from the organization within 3 months from the date of joining provided the candidate has left the organization on his own accord (ie his services were not terminated by the organization concerned).
9. Recruitment Charges
a) Fresh, Junior, Middle and Senior Management positions 12.0% of candidates CTC*
b) For heads of the department and unique positions amount equivalent to 24% of the candidates CTC would be charged.
c) If vacancies advertised through us our service charges would be 6.0% of the CTC*
10. CACL will not charge any fee other than the above for the services rendered in the contract.
11. The agreement would be valid until it is terminated by either party after prior notice to the parties involved.
12. If a candidate joins the company with one year of the first interview arranged by us, then charges would be applicable.  
Other Relevant Details
1. Invoice raising date 3 days after candidates joins
2. Payment by the client within 30 days from date of receipt of invoice
3. Validity of each CV one year
Note: Service Taxes will be levied as applicable
** If CACL does not comply with the above mentioned terms and conditions, the client retains the right to terminate the contract with CACL.
